CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury All Ready pie crust (9 inch)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for 9 inch crust.

In medium bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate chips, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Great pie! Made it for a company potluck, and it was gone in minutes. The only change I made was to use Hershey Special Dark chips instead of semi-sweet because I prefer dark chocolate. Delicious!
