SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 boxes Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Croutons
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 well beaten eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme, optional
1 tbsp. Accent
Scant tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into balls 1 1/2 inches or 1 inch if preferred. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve cool.
