FRIED RICE 
4 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped meat (cooked pork, beef)
Soy sauce
2 bunched chopped green onion
1 c. chopped celery
4 eggs
3 tbsp. oil

Beat eggs, pour half of beaten mixture into greased frying pan and cook like a crepe, turning over once cook the other half the same. Break egg pancakes into small pieces and let cool. In frying pan heat the cooking oil until hot, add celery and onion.

Cook for adjust a few seconds (30) stirring frequently. Add rice and heat until rice is thoroughly heated. Stirring frequently, to prevent rice from sticking. Add eggs and enough soy sauce to taste.
