HAM FRIED RICE 
2 sticks butter (for sauteing all ingredients)
6 eggs
2 lg. carrots, shredded
1 heaping c. cubed cooked ham
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 med onion or 8 green onions, chopped
3/4 tbsp. garlic salt
Black pepper
2 pkg. Success Boil-In-Bag Rice
Soy sauce

Cook rice while preparing other ingredients. Beat eggs together in a bowl then scramble with no salt and pepper. Then transfer cooked eggs to a 4 quart Dutch oven. (All ingredients will be put in this Dutch oven.) Saute carrots and put in Dutch oven. Saute ham, celery, tomatoes and onions in that order individually putting each in Dutch oven after sauteing.

It is important to do each one separately to keep flavors from mixing together. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste and mix all in Dutch oven. In same sauteing pan, empty one bag of the rice (no butter this time). Add enough soy sauce to turn rice light brown when stirred well in pan.

Only cook rice long enough to heat through and mix soy sauce well. Add to mixture in Dutch oven. Repeat with other bag of rice. Mix all ingredients together well in Dutch oven and serve.
