WALNUT WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. sugar or honey
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter, heated
3/4 c. low-fat milk

Set aside 1 cup all-purpose flour. Mix remaining ingredients and mix in enough of reserved flour for soft dough. On floured board, knead about 8 minutes. Set in greased bowl; grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Separate into 2 loaves and bake in greased loaf pans after the loaves have risen to original size (before separating). Bake at 350 degrees until done.
