2 c. sugar
5 1/2 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coffee mate or similar non-dairy creamer
1 c. cocoa

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add cocoa. Store in tightly covered container. To serve, mix 1/3 cup mix to 1 cup hot water, not boiling.
