2 lb. box Quik
1 lb. box powdered sugar
11 oz. jar Cremora (can be made without this)
8 qt. box powdered milk

Sift all ingredients together. Store in a tightly covered container.

For hot chocolate, use 1/3 cup of the mix in a cup, and fill cup with boiling water. Stir.
