GREEN CHILE STEW 
6 green chile peppers, roasted, peeled, and chopped
2 lbs. pork, cubed and browned
1 c. chopped onion
2 med. cloves of garlic
6 potatoes, diced
Salt and pepper

Place first four ingredients in large pan. Cover with water and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Add potatoes the last 30 minutes of cooking. Salt and pepper to taste.
