SAUSAGE STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 slices of bread, crumbled
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. diced parsley
2 jars (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
20 jumbo shells, preboiled & drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Parboil sausage in small amount of water 5 to 7 minutes, drain off fat. Fry onions and sausage until brown, add egg, bread and parsley, mix well. Fill shells with sausage mixture. Pour a portion of sauce in bottom of pan, arrange filled shells in pan and pour the rest of sauce over shells. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes, remove cover and sprinkle with grated cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes.
