SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat or Imitation
1/2 lb. scallops
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3 shots Worcestershire sauce
3 shots Tabasco sauce

Melt butter. Add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Add crushed cracker crumbs. Layer 1/2 of crumb mixture on bottom of 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix scallops, crabmeat and soup, pour over crumbs, spread remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. If recipe is doubled some cooking time occurs.
