SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh shrimp
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
8 oz. lobster meat
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Worcestershire sauce or cooking sherry to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of turmeric

Peel and devein shrimp; set aside. Flake crab and lobster meats together with a fork and place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Empty cream of mushroom soup into a saucepan and heat slowly. Use milk and flour to make a paste and add to mushroom soup, stirring constantly. Season with Worcestershire sauce or cooking sherry, salt, pepper and turmeric. Add uncooked shrimp.

Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour this mixture into the casserole and stir lightly, lifting gently from the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of casserole and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until cheese melts and browns lightly.
