SEAFOOD NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. flat noodles, cooked
2 c. white sauce
Salt to taste
2 c. crabmeat (or lobster) (I use fresh)
1 c. shrimp (I use fresh)
1/8 c. cooking wine
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. cheese (I use more)
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. can mushrooms

Cook white sauce until thick; add some of grated cheese, butter, minced garlic and Worcestershire. Then add rest of ingredients. Put layer of salted noodles in baking dish and layer of cheese, crab and shrimp. Add white sauce, layer until dish is full. Cook at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
