SNOW DRIFT FROSTING 
2 egg whites at room temperature
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla

In small bowl at high speed mix egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth and glossy. Gradually beat in corn syrup and vanilla until soft peaks form. Food color may be added. Enough for 9x13 or 9-inch layer cake.
