ZINGY SWEET CREAMY CUCUMBERS 
This was my friends moms recipe except she used apple cider vinegar instead of the white and balsamic, which is good too. I came up with this when I ran out of apple cider vinegar and everyone liked it even better!

4 medium to large cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 white onion, sliced fine
1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream (not 1/2 and 1/2!)
2 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar (or can use Equal or Splenda)
1 tsp. dried dill

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until all is mixed well and all cucumber and onion slices well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (even better overnight!). Serve.
