EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8-10 slices bread, buttered and without crusts
1/2 lb. Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. milk
8-10 eggs
Pepper to taste

Place bread in 9x13 pyrex pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread.

Combine eggs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and milk and pour over all. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set and brown on edges.

The following can be substituted for sausage; ham, broccoli, mushrooms or bacon
