FRUIT DIP 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 (3 1/2 - 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. sour cream

Thaw juice, but do not dilute. Beat milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Add orange juice and sour cream to pudding. Chill 2 hours. Serve as a dip with your choice of fruits.
