ITALIAN CHICKEN 
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 to 4 lb. potatoes
Kraft House Italian dressing
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
carrots (if desired)

Wash and dry chicken. Pour 1/3 Italian dressing over chicken. Add potatoes, carrots, butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover. Cook on 325°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.
