RANCH BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16) ground chuck
1 onion
2 (21 oz.) cans pork and beans
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 lb. crisp bacon

Brown chuck and onion then drain. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through thoroughly. If you wish, you may drain some of the pork and bean juice to make a little thicker dish.
