PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 c. Bisquick Mix
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin one minute on medium speed. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 15 x 10 1/2 inch sheet pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Cream together all 5 ingredients until smooth. Spread on completely cooled cake. Store leftover cake covered in the refrigerator.
