No Bake Kahlua/Amaretto Balls - Recipe

NO BAKE KAHLUA/AMARETTO BALLS

1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. cocoa

Stir together.

2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/3 - 1/2 c. Kahlua, Amaretto or Rum

Add to above and mix well. Roll in 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar or chocolate sprinkles. Store in airtight container.

I didn't use the nuts but I needed to triple the wafers and sugar and it was still really sticky to roll.

You can increase crushed wafers to 2 cups. I've only tried with Rum. Would love to know how this turns out with Amaretto. I can't help but think it would be excellent with Kahlua!
