GILLY'S BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 tbsp. oil or butter
Onions
Mushrooms
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. chicken bouquet
1 c. bouillon
1 c. red wine
3 tbsp. brandy
Salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. chives

Brown the ground chuck in oil or butter. Brown onions and mushrooms. To the fat, stir in the flour. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, and simmer for 3 hours.
