6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup

Melt butter with water in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add chocolate and let melt, stirring occasionally. Don't be concerned if mixture lumps. Add sugar and corn syrup. Let boil gently 5 minutes. Can be frozen.
