AUNT ESSIE'S BEEF STEW 
3 lb. roast
5 med. potatoes
1 bag carrots
Hot sauce
Ketchup

Cut roast into chunks. Cook 6 hours. While beef is cooking, cut up 5 medium potatoes and one bag of carrots; add 2 teaspoons of hot sauce and 1/2 bottle of ketchup. Blend together and cook 2 hours. Add all of this together. Cook for one more hour. Best stew you've ever eaten.
