FUDGE FROSTING 
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. water
2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar

Combine sugar, water and chocolate in a saucepan. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from stove and stir in the butter and vanilla. Then gradually blend in enough sifted powdered sugar until a good spreading consistency is reached.
