FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapples
1 lb. candied citron
1 lb. pitted dates
1/2 lb. dried figs
1 lb. pecans
1 lb. English walnuts
2 lbs. graham crackers
1 c. brown sugar
4 (15 oz.) cans condensed milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. each of salt, ground cloves, allspice, and cinnamon

Chop fruits and nuts. Crush graham crackers and mix with fruits and nuts in larger pan. Mix milk with sugar, cocoa, spices and salt. Pour over fruit mixture, blend well and pour firmly in a large tube pan that has been lined with wax paper. Place in refrigerator for 4 days.
