KRISPIE DATE BARS - SUGARLESS 
1 tbsp. butter
32 chopped, pitted dates
1 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
6 chopped sm. walnuts

In saucepan simmer butter and dates. Keep covered and cook until soft to 15 minutes. Beat in small bowl until smooth; cool. Add Krispies and nuts. Pack in small pan and cut into 16 squares. Chill and store in refrigerator. Approximate Exchange = 1 square = 1 fruit = 1/10 bread = 1/4 fat.
