1 (16 oz.) can baked beans 4 slices bacon 1/8 chopped celery 1/3 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. mustard 3 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. Worcestershire 3 tbsp. molasses 3 tbsp. catsup 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients except bacon in baking dish, mixing well. Cut bacon strips in half and lay them across the top of beans. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 300 degrees until thick. |
