COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
4 whole eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg

Put all ingredients into a blender, blend for 5 minutes until all ingredients are mixed. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees (preheated oven).
