COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
6 tbsp. butter, softened

Put all in blender and mix 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into buttered and floured pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
