NUTMEG COFFEE NOG 
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
2 beaten egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash ground nutmeg
2 c. double strength coffee

In medium heavy saucepan, combine milk and cream.

Combine yolks, sugar and nutmeg. Add to milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats a metal spoon. Add coffee to milk mixture in saucepan, beating with a whisk to combine. Sprinkle each mug of warm beverage with nutmeg if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
