MICROWAVE BAKED TROUT 
1 trout (6 oz.)
1/2 tbsp. polyunsaturated butter
1 slice onion
1 slice lemon
Pepper to taste

Gut trout; remove head and tail and fillet if desired. Place butter, onion, lemon and pepper in inner cavity and secure with a toothpick. Place trout in baking dish with backbone facing outward and cover with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high for 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.

For 2 trout 5-7 minutes; 3 trout 7 1/2 - 10 minutes; 4 trout 10-14 minutes.

Per serving: 245 cal., 16.9 g fat, 122 mg sod, 50 mg chol.

If there is a lingering odor in your microwave after cooking seafood, boil a half of a fresh lemon for 5 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
