CHILI SAUCE 
1 peck ripe tomatoes
8 lg. onions
6 sweet bell peppers
2 hot peppers
2 qts. vinegar
4 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. ginger
1 tbsp. cloves
2 tbsp. dry mustard

Cook until thick in a large pan. Pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes 11 pints.
