OATMEAL COCONUT COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add sifted ingredients then oatmeal and coconut; mix well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, press down with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for ten minutes.
