POTATO VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 slices smoked cooked ham, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. quartered small red potatoes
1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook and stir onion and ham in butter in medium saucepan 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add potatoes and water; cover. Cook over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Stir remaining ingredients; cover. Continue cooking 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 8 servings.
