POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen hash browns (not pattie type)
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Layer hash browns in buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Mix sour cream, soup and grated cheese. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
