NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Fresh Fruit
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip container

Beat softened cream cheese, add sugar gradually, blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and then blend well. Spoon into crust, chill 3 hours, and then garnish with fruit.
