BAKED FISH 
1 lb. blue fish or flounder
1/4 c. Italian dressing
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced onions
Vegetable or olive oil
Basil
Dill weed
Lemon juice (to taste)
Parsley

Single layer fish in an oiled pan or dish. Place tomatoes and onions on top. Evenly pour Italian dressing over the top. Sprinkle basil, dill weed, parsley, and lemon juice according to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
