CHEESE CAKE 
1 box sugar free Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 lg. cottage cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts
1 lite fruit

In blender put 1/2 cup hot water, Jello and cottage cheese. Blend well.

In large bowl put Cool Whip and contents of what's in blender in bowl. Mix well together. Put in crust. Let chill. Put fruit on top.
