STEAK AND MUSHROOM GRAVY 
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
1/2 c. diced green peppers
1/2 c. diced onions
2 stalks celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lb. round steak

Pound and tenderize steak, flour and brown in oil both sides. Pieces should be cut 3-4 inches. Drain meat on paper towels, return to pan with soup and other ingredients. Cover and simmer at least 1 1/2 hours.
