FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

Mix. Press into greased pizza sheet. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Smooth over cooled crust.

Arrange sliced fruits as desired (kiwi, banana, pineapple, grapes, etc.).

GLAZE:

2 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook on stove until mixture starts to thicken. Then pour over fruit. Chill. Cut like a pizza.
