SWEET POTATO CONGEALED SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
2 sm. boxes orange Jello
1/2 c. juice potato was cooked in
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Heat all juices and dissolve Jello; add everything and mix well. Chill.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. milk
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and spread on top of chilled sweet potato mixture. Chill again.
