1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. hot, mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; place in 1 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
