GOURMET CHICKEN FOR FOUR | |
1 env. onion soup mix 1 c. uncooked rice (not instant) 4 chicken pieces (3 lb.) 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, garlic salt & paprika 1 can cream soup (chicken, mushroom or celery) 1 1/2 c. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 1/2 x 12 inch pan. Put dry soup mix in bottom of greased pan. Cover with uncooked rice. Season to taste with salt, etc. Mix soup with water. Pour over all. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Sliced raw potatoes may be substituted for rice. |
