TURKEY STROGANOFF 
2 lb. ground turkey
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. can mushrooms, save juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes and liquid
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. low-fat sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp. flour

Can be make in crock pot or stock pot. Brown turkey in skillet. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are golden. Put in crock pot or stock pot with all remaining ingredients except sour cream and wine. Crock pot: Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3 hours. Stock pot: Simmer on low for 1 hour or more. Stir in sour cream and wine an hour before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
