TURKEY STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. fresh ground turkey
2 tbsp. canola or olive oil
2 tbsp. onions
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 env. beef stroganoff mix seasonings
1 c. sour cream

Brown turkey and onions in oil. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in one cup of hot water. Add 1 envelope of beef storganoff mix seasonings. Pour into pan of turkey. Simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook 8 to 10 oz. broad noodles. Remove turkey from heat. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Serve over noodles.
