TURKEY STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground turkey (or leftover cooked turkey)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
4 servings of cooked noodles
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Parmesan cheese

Brown turkey and onion in skillet. Mix soup and sour cream in bowl and add turkey mixture. Stir well. Place cooked noodles in a 2 quart greased casserole dish. Put turkey mixture on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
