TURKEY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground turkey or ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot cooked noodles or rice
Parsley

In large skillet, cook and stir ground turkey and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.

Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with parsley. 4 servings.
