TURKEY STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 lg. clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
4 tbsp. chili sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. light sour cream or yogurt
Hot noodles

In large non stick pan cook turkey, mushrooms, onion and garlic until turkey is no longer pink. Drain. Blend flour, broth, chili sauce and sherry. Add to turkey. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over noodles. Yield: 4 servings.
