TEX-MEX DIP 
3 med. ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
3 med. tomatoes (seeded and coarsely chopped)
2 cans pitted black olives
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bag lg. tortilla chips

Peel, pit and mash avocado in medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Spread bean dip onto a large shallow serving platter. Layer seasoned avocado mixture, sour cream taco mixture, tomatoes and olives and cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled with round tortilla chips.
