CRISPY CUCUMBERS 
2 qts. sliced cucumbers with skin
2 tbsp. salt
1 lg. sliced onion

Mix, cover, refrigerate 24 hours, then add sugar to taste (1/3 cup to 1 1/2 cups) and 1/2 cup white vinegar. Refrigerate 24 hours and enjoy.
